Kormirex Zylvaden does not execute trades, manage funds, hold client assets, or act as a broker, custodian, or investment adviser. Access to the Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or client-money relationship between you and Kormirex Zylvaden.

Nothing produced by the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument. All content is provided for general informational purposes only. Any decisions made based on information from the Service are made at your own discretion and risk.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying methodology or source code of the Service; (b) resell, sublicense, or redistribute dashboard access or report content without prior written consent; (c) use the Service in a manner that could disrupt, overload, or compromise its infrastructure; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All software, design elements, methodology summaries, report templates, and other materials associated with the Service are the property of Kormirex Zylvaden or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Service may be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
